Stress Awareness and Neuro - Linguistic Programming

This one and a half day bespoke course has been created to meet the needs of those who find themselves working long hours in their efforts to establish and sustain their creative enterprise and are seeking to create a better work life balance. It will also help to build their confidence in presenting their work and enterprise in a range of environments.

The course has two elements. The main element is an exploration of Neuro- Linguistic Programming, a revolutionary approach to human communication and personal development. It is often called "the art and science of personal excellence" or "the study of subjective experience". Many people have used its simple principles and techniques to build better relationships, establish a new level of confidence and achieve success in every aspect of their lives. The other element looks at stress in the workplace its symptoms sources and effects but also at ways of preventing and controlling it

This course supplies successful candidates with the Foundation Certificate in Stress Awareness awarded by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
