Tribal has secured funding to deliver projects across various areas in the West and East Midlands, and London, to various target groups of clients, each offering a different type of support.

CLP 3: IAG ... advice, guidance, help into self employment for unemployed or underemployed individuals in the Birmingham and Solihull Objective 2 area, delivered from The Custard Factory and Partners Organisations across the area.

Art with Purpose ... advice, guidance, NVQ L3 Mini Award in Learning and Development ("Train the Trainer") to enable creative individuals to deliver effective workshops in whatever sector they choose to work in, a partnership project with Birmingham City Council and Arts & Business.

CCiC... dynamic range of training and learning programmes and development opportunities to the creative industries and individuals who are: considering entering the industry, requiring advice, guidance and training new-entrants to the industry continuing their professional development

CCiC: Management and Leadership Training ... a fantastic opportunity to obtain the skills required to manage and lead teams of freelancers, sub contractors, employees and clients in the creative industries.

London Development Agency - Access to Finance project ...

All our projects provide one or more of the following services:

• Website - the provision of a comprehensive website where information on opportunities for jobs, training, events, funding etc can be viewed and followed up.
• Newsletter - the provision of a weekly newsletter to the mailing list of over 2500 individuals where new opportunities, "the week ahead" and "ones to watch" are advertised.

Business Advice and Guidance...

• Information Service - the provision of relevant and expert information through the drop-in office at The Custard Factory, and at Host Community Organisations in Coventry, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Sandwell, Dudley on weekly basis, the 0845 303 7375 hot line, and through email.
• Initial Advice and Guidance - the provision of matrix quality standard one-to-one initial advice and guidance to identify training and business development needs, offer potential solution and create appropriate and relevant action plans.
