Creative Launchpad (c/o Tribal Dundas) is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and complies with the Act in all its dealings with your personal data.

Creative Launchpad use and storage of your personal information.

Any personal information which you give to Creative Launchpad (for instance when registering with the programme) will be held securely and will not be passed to any third parties without first obtaining your consent, unless we are required by law to disclose it.
All information held by Creative Launchpad which pertains to the organisation’s needs analysis is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Access to your personal information held by Creative Launchpad.

As part of the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request a copy of personal information (as defined by Data Protection law) held by Creative Launchpad and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Please make requests in writing to the Data Controller who is: David Roberts, Project Manager, Creative Launchpad, Unit 7/8, Gibb Street, Birmingham, B9 4AA. No fee will be charged for this service.

Opting out

You can opt out of receiving Creative Launchpad support at any time. Please do so in writing via email or letter stating your wish to leave the project. You will be removed from the Creative Launchpad database and receive no furter support.

To ensure that we protect personal privacy and develop good practice in the handling of information concerning partners, co-partners and beneficiaries.

All partners, co-partners and other providers will ensure:

  • All personal data collected from beneficiaries will be accurate, up to date, relevant and not excessive
  • Data will only be held for the purpose of the project and shall not be used or further processed in any manner incompatible with the requirements of the project.
  • Data will be fairly and lawfully processed in accordance with the data subject's rights.
  • Data will be kept for no longer than is required
  • All data will be kept securely.
  • Personal data shall not be transferred to any other organisation apart from a) key personal engaged in this project who have a responsibility for the training and support of beneficiaries b) the funding body and c)designated auditors
  • Forms collecting personal information from the beneficiaries will contain a statement relating to the Data Protection Act 1998.
