CCIC Management and Leadership

 

Leadership and management for the Creative Industries in the West Midlands

This programme of leadership and management training has been specifically designed for people working in the creative industries. The programme is delivered by Tribal's 'Creative College in the Community'.

Many people within the sector find themselves making, or looking for, their first move into a management position with little or no formal training for the role. Those who have some experience of leadership and management often find that there are gaps in their knowledge or that they lack theory to back up what they have learned through trial and error.

Course design
Tribal's community development team will provide the training. We have a track record of supporting this sector, notably through the successful 'Creative Launchpad' which provided capacity-building enterprise support to over 2,000 creative enterprises in the Midlands. We are also contracted to deliver vocational programmes on behalf of the LSC and are working with partners to deliver training in performance and visual arts, radio and communications, and to pilot pathway apprenticeship frameworks for the creative industries
