In business you will have to continually communicate with other people.

Whether it be internal communications to your freelance, part time or full time staff, or to your suppliers or customers, each time you communicate you have to decide what is the best method to get messages across clearly and concisely?

You will be supported to identify internal communication systems (email, intranet, telephone systems, task lists, action plans etc.) and external communication methods for marketing and advertising (direct mail, internet, word of mouth, events and seminars etc.), plus what communications you will have to keep a record of.
