Creative Launchpad takes feedback very seriously and
is continually exploring ways of improving the services it provides. Our commitment
to various quality
standardsgives an indication of the level of importance
that we put on feedback and continuous improvement.
Creative Launchpad recognises that they can only achieve their
overall aims of developing the creative industries by working in partnership
with their contacts.
With the expansion of Creative Launchpad they have announced
a new Client Focus Initiative. The aim is to be more responsive to the client
by listening more to what they have to say and acting to improve services. Creative
Launchpad has appointed one of its senior managers as a Client Champion to take
on the role of facilitating this initiative.
The role is to build on the existing practices we have for
listening to clients and to develop new strategies that will aid the communication
process. Whilst we work within a legislative and financial framework, we realise
how important it will be to take account of your views during future planning.
How does Creative Launchpad gather feedback?
Creative Launchpad has always aimed to provide its customers
with a high quality service and actively encourages feedback from you in a number
of different ways:
By our staff talking to you locally either when you drop
into a Business Centre at the Custard Factory, or attend an Outreach Office
By talking to you if you attend an event that we are present at;
By talking to Partner Organisations who represent a high proportion of you;
and,
By listening to your feedback - this is how we learn if we have made a mistake
and improve our services accordingly.
